Dear WEBS Community,

We are transitioning to a new CRM system called Neon ONE to improve our data management for donations, volunteering, events, and newsletters. We are excited to streamline our internal systems, and we hope this transition will serve you, our community, as well! Here are a few changes to look out for:

  1. Newsletters may look a little different! Moving forward, we will be sending our newsletters through Neon CRM instead of MailChimp.
  2. If you make a donation, sign up to volunteer, or create an account (more on this below), you will receive confirmation emails through Neon CRM with all relevant details.
  3. You will now have an option to create your own login to view your history with WEBS. You will be able to see previous donations, track volunteer hours, and edit your personal information. To make an account, click the button below and be sure to create a username and password at the bottom of the form.

We are working hard to ensure a smooth transition, but there may be bumps along the road. If you have questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! You can always get in touch by email at info@netartsbaywebs.org.

Please join us in welcoming Craig Child to the WEBS board as our new Treasurer! Craig has called Oceanside home since 2023 and has been volunteering with WEBS ever since. Here's a little about him in his own words:

---

Hi, I'm Craig Child, a new WEBS board member. Living on the Oregon coast is a dream that came true for me in 2023 after a decade of vacationing here. I live in Oceanside and have been volunteering with WEBS since the day I arrived. My first activity was a beach cleanup event; it fit well with my hiking mantra of packing out more than you pack in. I love to hike and have had notable adventures at the Grand Canyon and along the 630 mile Southwest Coast Path in England. I'm an avid long-distance runner who you may have seen in my hi-vis bib along Netarts Bay and down to Cape Lookout. In Portland you'll find me at Providence Park cheering on the Timbers and at all the fantastic live music venues.

I'm also the Treasurer for WEBS and look forward to putting my 30+ years of corporate accounting and finance experience to use in new ways.

---

Welcome aboard, Craig!

We are also excited to welcome back Naomi Travis as our summer intern! Naomi is currently studying at Hawaii Pacific University, where she is on track to graduate in 2028. She has been a vital part of the WEBS community, supporting our summer programming and bringing her enthusiasm for all things ocean with her.

Welcome back, Naomi!
